Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum computing models integrated with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Optimize neural networks for quantum processors to achieve super-linear speedups and lower error rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical physics concepts into production-ready software code.
- Implement rigorous testing protocols to ensure stability and reliability in chaotic quantum environments.
- Mentor junior developers and research scientists on advanced computational methods and quantum algorithms.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and software development.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#).
- Strong understanding of quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE), error correction, and noise mitigation.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a high-pressure, experimental environment.
