Responsibilities
- Lead Architect: Design and implement robust, scalable ML infrastructure capable of handling massive data streams for our 2026 products.
- Model Optimization: Drive research and development in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to enhance model accuracy and efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into cutting-edge AI technical solutions.
- Production Deployment: Oversee the CI/CD pipeline for AI models, ensuring seamless deployment to cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior AI role.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and MLOps tools.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Generative AI, Transformer architectures, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
