Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end ML pipeline development from data ingestion to deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core products
- Research and prototype novel algorithms for edge computing applications
- Drive ethical AI initiatives through bias mitigation and explainability frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to open-source projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years in ML/AI development with production-level model deployment experience
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling
- Proven track record of shipping AI products at scale
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and CI/CD pipelines
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Published research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) preferred
