Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data for 2026 requirements.
- Lead the Research & Development (R&D) division in Generative AI, LLMs, and predictive modeling strategies.
- Define the technical roadmap and long-term vision for AI integration across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct technical reviews to ensure code quality and architectural integrity.
- Optimize model latency and computational efficiency for edge and cloud deployments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing systems that scale to millions of users.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning methodologies.
