Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of next-generation Generative AI models, targeting deployment by Q4 2026.
- Define and implement the technical roadmap for integrating quantum computing elements into classical AI workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Ethics Board, Product) to ensure AI safety and transparency.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency for edge deployment.
- Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on advancements relevant to the 2026 technological landscape.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI/ML leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Experience with quantum algorithms (Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
