- Mentor junior AI researchers in emerging paradigms like neuro-symbolic computing
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML or equivalent with 5+ years applied research experience
- Published work in top-tier journals (NeurIPS, ICML, Nature AI) required
- Expertise in transformer architectures, federated learning, and explainable AI
- Experience with neuromorphic computing hardware (Intel Loihi, SpiNNaker)
- Proven track record of commercializing AI solutions in regulated industries
- Deep understanding of AGI safety protocols and alignment research
