- Lead interdisciplinary R&D initiatives in quantum-ML hybrid systems
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision engines
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to create brain-compute interfaces
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and industry stakeholders
- Drive patent development in AI explainability and federated learning
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging AI paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent experience with 8+ years in advanced R&D
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, generative adversarial networks, and quantum computing
- Proven track record of commercializing AI innovations
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with MLOps pipelines at enterprise scale
