Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize the 2026 AI strategy framework, aligning quantum/neural interface innovations with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenarios' taskforce to anticipate societal and ethical implications of AGI deployment
- Architect neural-human symbiosis protocols for enterprise adoption
- Partner with quantum computing teams to prototype next-gen AI reasoning systems
- Present strategy to C-suite and board with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish governance frameworks for sentient AI development lifecycle
- Mentor emerging AI ethicists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or Futurism with 10+ years in strategic AI leadership
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics or quantum machine learning journals
- Expertise in AGI safety protocols and neural interface standards (IEEE 2624)
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep understanding of quantum computing architectures and neural lace technologies
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Certification in AI Governance (CAIG) or equivalent ethical AI credentials
