Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant algorithms
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Partner with academic institutions on AGI safety research initiatives
- Drive adoption of explainable AI frameworks in regulated industries
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical AI development practices
- Author thought leadership papers for industry conferences
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science/AI with 8+ years
- Published research in Nature/Science on ML or neural networks
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems to 10M+ users
- Deep understanding of AGI safety frameworks and alignment problems
- Experience with quantum computing interfaces (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
