Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech paradigms (quantum AI, neuro-symbolic systems, decentralized autonomous organizations) to forecast 2026 industry disruptions
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI ethics, sustainable computing, and human-AI collaboration principles
- Lead cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 clients to co-create future-state technology blueprints
- Produce thought leadership publications on AI governance frameworks and responsible innovation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen interfaces for human-machine symbiosis
- Monitor global regulatory shifts and geopolitical tech policies affecting 2026 deployment landscapes
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and trend synthesis techniques
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futures Studies with 5+ years in AI/ML strategy
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps for 3+ years beyond current market horizon
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, quantum machine learning, or explainable AI frameworks
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Technique)
- Published research on AI ethics, human-AI collaboration, or sustainable computing
- Experience advising C-suite executives on disruptive technology adoption strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning for 2025-2027 tech ecosystems
- Fluency in at least one emerging tech domain (Web3, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology)
