As a key architect of our 2026 roadmap, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, neuroscientists, and ethical AI specialists to develop frameworks that will redefine industry standards. You'll report directly to our Chief Innovation Officer and lead a team of 12 specialists across AI ethics, predictive modeling, and human-AI interface design.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI strategy roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing human-AI symbiotic systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging quantum-AI convergence technologies
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with neurotech and quantum computing pioneers
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic foresight roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-AI interaction
- Proven track record scaling AI initiatives to $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning architectures
- Certification in AI Ethics (IEEE or ACM preferred)
- Experience with neuro-symbolic AI integration frameworks
