Responsibilities
- Lead breakthrough research in generative AI and predictive analytics for 2026-era challenges
- Design neural architectures enabling human-AI symbiosis and ethical decision frameworks
- Develop quantum-resistant algorithms for next-gen cybersecurity systems
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on interplanetary AI applications
- Pioneer climate modeling systems using federated learning and edge AI
- Mentor PhD candidates in our 'Future Tech' incubator program
- Present findings at Davos and World Economic Forums
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Quantum Computing, or Computational Neuroscience (or equivalent breakthrough work)
- 5+ years publishing in Nature/Science with 3+ AI patents
- Mastery of transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and neuromorphic systems
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Proven track record in developing ethical AI frameworks (FAIR, GDPR+ compliance)
- Expertise in multi-agent systems and swarm intelligence
- Portfolio demonstrating deployed AI systems impacting >1M users
