- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate breakthrough discoveries
- Develop governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Drive competitive intelligence analysis to identify emerging tech trends and market opportunities
- Mentor senior technologists and foster a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML development with 5+ years in strategic innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching AI products that generated $50M+ revenue
- Expertise in neural networks, quantum computing, and human-computer interaction
- Published research in top-tier AI journals or conference proceedings
- Experience with global regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act)
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field preferred
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
