Responsibilities
- Design and lead AI innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate AI into enterprise strategy
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing generative AI and quantum-ML hybrids
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment
- Secure and manage $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental projects
- Pioneer human-AI collaboration paradigms for future workforce models
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits (TED, Davos, etc.)
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Machine Learning, or equivalent experience with 10+ years in applied AI
- Proven track record shipping production AI systems at scale
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, neural-symbolic AI, and quantum computing
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Experience managing high-impact R&D teams of 15+ engineers
- Strong understanding of regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-forward AI applications
