Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026+ AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into enterprise transformation
- Drive cross-functional R&D initiatives in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Represent company at global tech summits (Davos, Web Summit, CES) as thought leader
- Build and lead a specialized innovation team of PhD researchers and engineers
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.) or equivalent patents
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Executive-level stakeholder management and board presentation skills
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation ecosystems
