Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen AI frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-disciplinary research teams developing quantum-AI hybrid solutions
- Identify emerging tech trends and translate them into market-ready innovations
- Secure $5M+ in R&D grants through strategic partnerships with DARPA and NSF
- Deliver keynote presentations at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Patent novel algorithms that accelerate human-AI symbiosis
- Mentor PhD candidates in our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics with 10+ years' R&D experience
- Published 50+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems to 100M+ user deployments
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum programming languages
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized AI products with $50M+ ARR
