Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 AI innovation strategy with measurable impact metrics
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems for autonomous decision-making
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech trends with 3-5 year adoption windows
- Author white papers and thought leadership on AI ethics and governance frameworks
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to accelerate AI model training capabilities
- Design human-AI interaction protocols for enterprise and consumer applications
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through federal and private partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Futurism with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in deploying production AI systems at scale (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Deep expertise in reinforcement learning and neural architecture search
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
