Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 AI technology roadmap including quantum-neural hybrid systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough AI applications for healthcare, climate, and space exploration
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Author thought leadership publications for Nature, MIT Tech Review, and industry white papers
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for emerging technology incubation projects
- Mentor PhD candidates in our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Quantum Computing, or Future Studies with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems from research to production (100M+ user impact)
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, quantum machine learning, and neuromorphic computing
- Published research in top-tier journals (NeurIPS, Science, Nature) on AI ethics or future forecasting
- Certified in AI Governance frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act compliance)
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) for emerging technology initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
