Responsibilities
- Develop strategic AI roadmaps for 2026-2030, anticipating technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in generative AI, quantum computing, and neuromorphic systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate AI futures into corporate strategy
- Author white papers and thought leadership on emerging AI paradigms
- Mentor next-generation AI researchers through our Quantum Leap Fellowship program
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Represent QuantumLeap at global AI summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/neuroscience/quantum journals
- Proven track record in developing AI prototypes with real-world impact
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum algorithms
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Experience presenting complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating work on futuristic AI applications
- Security clearance preferred for sensitive R&D projects
