Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning technical vision with business goals.
- Lead the identification and evaluation of emerging technologies, with a focus on Generative AI and Machine Learning integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to define product requirements and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee the pilot programs and proof-of-concept phases for new technologies.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive adoption.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure strategic relevance.
- Mentor a team of engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, NLP, and predictive modeling.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology strategies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term planning.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical data into actionable business insights.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
