Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and deploy scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams and quantum integration.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Drive research and development projects focused on Generative AI and autonomous decision-making agents.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish high engineering standards and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Ensure all AI models adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with Quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit).
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
