Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation AI models designed for the 2026 technology landscape.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-ready code.
- Define the technical roadmap for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Optimize neural network architectures for real-time processing in high-stakes environments.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, security, and scalability.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with a focus on large language models or predictive analytics.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a startup or high-growth tech environment.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and edge computing.
