Responsibilities

- Collaborate with policy teams to shape industry-wide AI ethics standards
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI implementation practices
- Author white papers on AI ethics for regulatory bodies and academic institutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible technology development
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Published research in AI ethics or technology ethics journals
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in machine learning model auditing techniques
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
