Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record in developing AI ethics frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Strong background in machine learning fairness metrics and bias detection methodologies
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Certifications, Responsible AI Institute)
- Experience with quantum computing ethics and post-quantum cryptography implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
