Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems deployed in critical infrastructure
- Lead stakeholder workshops with policymakers, engineers, and ethicists to align on 2026 AI standards
- Develop audit protocols for detecting and mitigating algorithmic bias in machine learning models
- Author position papers on AI ethics for regulatory bodies and industry coalitions
- Create training programs for technical teams on responsible AI development practices

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years applied AI ethics experience

- Proven track record of developing bias mitigation techniques for ML systems
- Experience working with quantum computing and generative AI architectures

- Strong network within policy circles and international AI governance bodies
