Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for ML models
- Develop industry-leading transparency protocols for AI decision-making
- Collaborate with product teams on ethical AI integration
- Create training materials for cross-functional teams on responsible AI
- Advocate for inclusive design in generative AI applications
- Lead stakeholder engagement on AI ethics initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics or responsible tech governance
- Expertise in fairness/justice frameworks (Rawls, Nussbaum)
- Strong technical understanding of ML pipelines and limitations
- Experience with regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Published work in AI ethics or technology ethics journals
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
