Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with emerging regulatory standards

- Lead stakeholder dialogues on AI ethics with regulators, industry partners, and advocacy groups
- Establish metrics for measuring AI system fairness and transparency
- Author white papers on emerging ethical challenges in autonomous systems
- Advise on ethical AI integration for next-gen human-AI collaboration tools
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech ethics roles
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven experience implementing bias mitigation techniques in ML pipelines
- Exceptional ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Strong background in participatory design methods with diverse stakeholder groups
- Published research or thought leadership on AI ethics topics preferred
- Experience with cross-ethical technology deployment in regulated industries
