Qualifications

- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Strong background in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, etc.)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python and ML model interpretation tools
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
