Responsibilities

- Collaborate with quantum computing teams on ethical AI-adjacent technologies
- Present findings to Fortune 100 C-suite executives and government bodies
- Pioneer industry standards for transparent AI decision-making processes
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI development methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy development, or ethics compliance
- Deep expertise in global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or explainable AI
- Experience advising legislative bodies on tech policy
- Proficiency in Python for bias auditing tool development
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
