Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with global regulatory standards
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and mitigation strategies for enterprise AI systems
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate ethical design principles into AI development lifecycles
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI practices with Fortune 500 clients
- Proactively identify emerging ethical risks in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Author white papers and policy recommendations for industry-wide adoption
- Represent the company at international AI ethics forums and regulatory hearings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, responsible AI, or technology ethics
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulatory landscapes
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI frameworks in production systems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics or responsible technology
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IEEE, ACM)
