Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or technology ethics roles

- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
