Responsibilities

- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for high-stakes AI deployments
- Develop real-time monitoring systems for ethical compliance in production environments
- Create cross-functional ethics training programs for engineering and product teams
- Advise on regulatory compliance for emerging AI legislation and international standards
- Lead stakeholder dialogues on AI ethics with industry consortiums and government bodies
- Research and publish frameworks for responsible quantum-AI integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Proven track record implementing ethical frameworks in production AI systems
- Expertise in bias mitigation, fairness metrics, and explainable AI techniques
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 42001, EU AI Act, and NIST AI RMF frameworks
- Strong background in participatory design and stakeholder engagement methodologies
- Published research on algorithmic accountability or AI governance preferred
- Experience with quantum computing ethics and emergent technology risks
