- Author compliance documentation for evolving AI regulations
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI systems
- Mentor junior engineers on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with ML model interpretability tools (SHAP, LIME)
- Published research in AI ethics or technology ethics preferred
- Ability to translate complex ethical concepts for technical audiences
