- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and ethical risk assessments for high-impact AI systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed ethical considerations into MLOps pipelines
- Develop transparent AI documentation and explainability protocols for regulatory compliance
- Monitor emerging AI ethics regulations and advise leadership on strategic compliance pathways
- Build stakeholder engagement programs to foster public trust in AI deployments
- Author thought leadership content on responsible AI trends for 2026+ landscapes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD/MSc) in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or Law with AI specialization
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or governance roles with demonstrated impact
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for ML models
- Deep knowledge of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights, etc.)
- Proficiency in AI explainability tools (SHAP, LIME, InterpretML) and auditing frameworks
- Experience leading ethics initiatives at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., IAPP CIPP/E, GAIC) preferred
