- Lead stakeholder workshops with C-suite executives to align AI strategy with organizational values
- Develop governance protocols for AI lifecycle management from research to deployment
- Proactively identify emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and predictive modeling
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development pipelines
- Represent the organization at global AI ethics forums and policy discussions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 5+ years of experience in AI governance, ethics, or responsible technology roles
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act) and compliance methodologies
- Proven track record of developing ethics frameworks for high-stakes AI systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable policies
