- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible innovation with C-suite executives
- Author whitepapers on AI policy for regulatory bodies and industry coalitions
- Monitor emerging ethical risks in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Collaborate with legal teams on compliance with evolving federal AI regulations
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or Ethics with 5+ years applied AI ethics experience
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for large-scale neural networks
- Published research in IEEE Ethics or ACM FAccT proceedings
- Certification in Responsible AI Governance (RAIG) or equivalent
- Deep understanding of quantum computing's ethical implications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on AI policy development
- Proficiency in Python for ethical auditing tools
- Strong background in international human rights frameworks
