Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems across enterprise products
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models using advanced analytical tools
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical considerations into AI development lifecycles
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI practices for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes and update compliance protocols proactively
- Represent the company in industry consortiums focused on AI ethics and policy development
- Author white papers and contribute to open-source ethical AI toolkits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance roles
- Expertise in bias detection techniques for ML models and algorithmic fairness metrics
- Deep knowledge of evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, state-level legislation)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable engineering guidelines
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across technical, legal, and business domains
- Publication record in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership in the field
- Proficiency with Python and statistical analysis tools for bias evaluation
