Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional working groups establishing industry-wide AI ethics standards
- Author policy briefs and technical whitepapers for regulatory bodies and Fortune 500 clients
- Pioneer novel approaches to explainable AI and value-aligned reinforcement learning
- Mentor junior researchers on ethical AI development methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 3+ years AI ethics research
- Expertise in fairness metrics, bias mitigation, and algorithmic transparency techniques
- Publication record at top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, FAccT) on responsible AI
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and causal inference frameworks
- Experience collaborating with regulatory bodies and developing compliance frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical implementations
