Responsibilities

- Author white papers and policy recommendations for 2026 tech standards
- Collaborate with UN Global Compact on AI ethics initiatives
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or ethical technology roles
- Published research on algorithmic bias or explainable AI
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Expertise in participatory design methodologies
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools
- Track record of influencing industry policy
