- Author white papers and position papers on responsible AI adoption for 2026 technology landscape
- Establish cross-functional ethics review boards for high-stakes AI deployments
- Present findings to C-suite executives and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field with AI specialization
- 8+ years in AI research with published work on algorithmic bias or fairness
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience with large language model governance and red-teaming
- Strong background in causal inference and explainable AI (XAI)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
