Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption and market disruption
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology to inform long-term business strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof solutions and innovation pipelines
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and translate complex concepts into executable plans
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes for disruptive signals
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, AR/VR, and next-gen computing
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
