- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 technology stack
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, transparency, and accountability
- Collaborate with policymakers to shape emerging AI regulations and standards
- Design predictive models for societal impact of advanced AI deployments
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI methodologies
- Present findings at global tech ethics conferences and industry forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries for ethical auditing
- Experience working with global tech policy organizations
- Strong background in philosophy of technology or moral philosophy
