Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years of research experience
- Proven track record publishing in AI ethics, algorithmic fairness, or responsible AI
- Expertise in bias detection/mitigation techniques for large-scale ML models
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to influence technical design through ethical considerations
- Portfolio showing real-world AI ethics implementation projects
