Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for quantum AI systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of algorithmic bias in predictive modeling
- Partner with UN Global Compact on sustainable AI standards
- Design participatory AI ethics protocols for diverse stakeholder groups
- Research emergent ethical challenges in neuromorphic computing
- Present findings at Davos and World Economic Forums
- Mentor ethics fellows through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Computer Science with AI specialization
- 5+ years leading ethics initiatives in Fortune 500 tech companies
- Published research in Nature or Science on AI governance
- Fluency in ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act compliance frameworks
- Experience with participatory design methodologies
- Technical proficiency in Python and ML interpretability tools
- Global policy engagement credentials (e.g., UN, OECD)
