- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI methodologies
- Partner with product teams to integrate ethical safeguards into development pipelines
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (Master's with 5+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in AI ethics frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals/conferences
- Experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics (AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Strong background in policy development for emerging technologies
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Python for ethical AI simulation and validation
- Demonstrated history of mentoring diverse research teams
