Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, AI, Computer Science, Policy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles

- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical principles into technical requirements
