Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for 2026 product roadmaps
- Conduct ethical impact assessments for new AI technologies and deployments
- Lead cross-functional working groups including engineers, policymakers, and domain experts
- Establish transparent audit trails for AI decision-making processes
- Create governance policies for bias mitigation and algorithmic fairness
- Represent the company in global AI ethics forums and regulatory discussions
- Design training programs for employees on responsible AI development
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible AI implementation
- Deep understanding of emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics in ML systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Published work or thought leadership in AI ethics journals/conferences
