Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product roadmap
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and ethical risk assessments for all AI systems
- Lead stakeholder consultations with engineering, legal, and public policy teams
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and monitor compliance
- Represent company at global AI ethics forums and regulatory bodies
- Create training programs for employees on responsible AI development practices
- Proactively identify emerging ethical challenges in AI deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or technology ethics leadership
