Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in AI ethics, policy development, or governance
- Expertise in bias mitigation, fairness metrics, and explainable AI techniques
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Experience developing ethics-by-design methodologies for AI systems
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences including engineers, executives, and regulators
- Published work in AI ethics or related fields preferred
