Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation and fairness in ML algorithms
- Experience developing organizational ethics policies and frameworks
- Strong background in regulatory compliance (GDPR, EU AI Act)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
